Telecom Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for equipment quality and completeness of telecom packages.
• Review, comment and approval of supplier documentation
• Handle any changes to scope and specification from/to supplier
• Assure that equipment requirements are understood and implemented
• Give input to PRB with regards to package schedule and cost

Skills:

• EHigh skills on telecommunication systems such as PAGA, PBX, data, GMDSS, fibre optical, power supply, personnel registration, UHF Tetra, personnel registration.
• TExperienced with telecom package preparation, handling and follow-up
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with offshore Telecom system engineering.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English, and preferably Norwegian

Software Skills:

• Time, MIPS, Procosys, Microsoft

• Master or Bachelor
